Motosurf Games in Sebring Deliver Thrilling Battles on the Waters of Lake Jackson

The city of Sebring, renowned for its rich racing heritage and iconic motorsport circuit, hosted another spectacular round of the Motosurf Games this past weekend. The picturesque Lake Jackson, famous for its pristine waters and natural beauty, provided the perfect setting for this world-class event in motorized surfing.

In the men’s Pro category, Antony Squire delivered a dominant performance to secure victory, reaffirming his status among the very best in the sport. Very international podium saw Adam Kolar form the Czech Republic finishing 2nd and Canadian World Games 2025 racer Mark Andrews completing the top 3. 

The women’s field saw a standout performance from Slovak racer Sára Žuborová, a bronze medalist from the World Games, who impressed spectators with her speed and determination, proving herself as one of the sport’s brightest rising stars. Czech Republic’s Barbora Kolarova concluded the weekend in 2nd while Anna Burk – USA’s talent concluded the weekend in respectful 3rd.  

The junior competition was claimed by Austrian talent Leo-Lichal Kratochvíl, whose skill and endurance carried him to a well-deserved win. Followed by Jetsurf Orlando’s Lukas Violette who challenged the Austrian throughout the whole final, the Orlando’s speedster crossed the checkered flag as the 2nd fastest. Niko Sawangwan representing Tapps Lake Washington finished 3rd. 

Lauren Mardis – junior girl talent representing Jetsurf Orlando was awarded with a special “Rising Talent” Award. 

At the MotoSurf Games in Sebring, the Hobby class brought together enthusiastic newcomers who are steadily developing their skills and gaining valuable racing experience in the world of MotoSurf. And it was Jetsurf Orlando’s flag waving highest with Pepper Horakunwetchana taking the highest podium step. South Africa’s Garth Leech finished in 2nd after a great debut to MotoSurf racing followed by Christiano Gomes representing Brazil. 

The event also marked a historic milestone with the introduction of the newly established Legends category, dedicated to riders over the age of fifty, who competed in their own class for the very first time, adding a unique and inspiring dimension to the competition. Roman Lichal-Kratochvil – Austrian representative – dominated the class to claim overall victory. The second podium step was secured by Kevin Sedore, the legendary MotoSurf America racer representing Palm Beach MotoSurf Team. David Wilson wrote a perfect weekend into the MotoSurf racing books and left Sebring with 3rd place trophy.

The combination of cutting-edge water motorsport and Sebring’s celebrated racing history made this year’s edition a memorable event for both fans and athletes alike.
