Sun, Speed, and Spectacle: Zadar Hosts Thrilling MotoSurf Action

Zadar, Croatia – Under perfect blue skies and warm sunshine, the picturesque Falkensteiner Camp in Zadar became the stage for the latest round of the UIM MotoSurf World Championship 2025. The event delivered spectacular racing, tight battles, and crucial points in the fight for this year’s world titles.

In the Elite classMatyáš Novotný from the Czech Republic claimed his second consecutive victory of the season, showcasing exceptional speed and control throughout the weekend. His compatriot Lukáš Záhorský finished in second place after a strong and consistent performance, while Matěj Kožíšek celebrated his first-ever MotoSurf World Championship podium, taking a well-deserved third place.

In the Women’s category, Czech rider Aneta Stloukalová extended her championship lead with another impressive victory. Dominant from start to finish, Stloukalová once again proved her consistency and speed, solidifying her position as the rider to beat this season.

The Stock class saw American Antony Squire maintain his strong form, claiming the top spot and further increasing his advantage in the overall standings. Squire handled the challenging Zadar course with confidence and precision, confirming his status as one of the most consistent performers in the championship.

A major storyline unfolded in the Merlin Plus Stock R category, where Fares Ramadhan from Kuwait celebrated his first-ever MotoSurf World Championship victory. Ramadhan capitalized on the unfortunate crash and injury of Czech contender Adam Kolář, who had been running at the front before being forced to retire. Despite the setback, Kolář remains in contention for the championship as the season continues. Cypriot Mike Michaelides secured 2nd place and Czech racer David Krčka completed the podium line-up.

In the Masters, it was pretty close battle where Arkadiusz Janora representing Poland set the pace from the first outing. In the finals, “Arek” faced a technical issue which was used by Petr Faltejsek – no mistakes and stable pace brought likeable Czech on top of the Class. South Korean Down Kim scored 2nd place while David Pozdník completed the podium.

Matyáš Barvík stepped on the top step again in the Junior Boys and remains the man to beat in the championship lead. Stanislav Kohout scored respectable 2nd as Maxmilián Hruška claims another podium in 3rd.

Junior Girls were dominated by Ellen Burdová representing Apex Pilots Team. Nela Pozdníková finished 2nd and Adéla Pokorová marked her premiere podium in the MSWC.

In the Electric Surf classBelgian rider Yano Vankersbilck delivered a commanding performance to take the win ahead of Sebastian Lux, with Fabian Kusche securing the final podium position. The electric category once again highlighted the growing importance and excitement of sustainable racing technologies within the MotoSurf World Championship.

With stunning weather, enthusiastic crowds, and intense racing action, Zadar proved to be a perfect venue for another unforgettable weekend of MotoSurf competition.

The MotoSurf World Championship will be back in action in Shenzhen, China in the weekend of 14th – 16th November.
