UIM & MSWC extend their partnership

The UIM  (Union Internationale Motonautique) and MSWC (MotoSurf World Championship) have signed an extension of their partnership which grants MSWC the exclusive rights to promote and organize the UIM MotoSurf World Championship as well as the UIM Continental Championships

The renewed agreement secures MSWC’s role as the exclusive promoter of the championship for an additional five-year period, with an option to extend for a further five years. This long-term commitment reflects the strong and successful cooperation between the two organizations and their shared ambition to continue developing MotoSurf on a global scale.

Both parties highlight the mutual benefits of the partnership, combining UIM’s institutional authority with MSWC’s innovation and event expertise, contributing positively to the international sports landscape.

“This renewed partnership underlines our commitment to supporting dynamic and fast-growing disciplines such as MotoSurf,” said Raffaele Chiulli. “We look forward to further strengthening its international position in the years ahead.”

“The extension of this agreement is a testament to the strength of our collaboration with UIM,” said Martin Jančálek, Director of MSWC. “Together, we will continue to build on the sport’s momentum, expand its global reach, and deliver high-quality competitions.”

A major milestone of this cooperation was MotoSurf’s successful participation in the World Games in China, where the sport achieved significant recognition and demonstrated its growing appeal at global scale. This participation also marked the first ever integration of a motorized sport discipline in the program of the World Games, celebrated as a major achievement by the UIM.

Looking forward, both organizations will continue to work closely to elevate MotoSurf, enhance competition standards, and bring the sport to new audiences worldwide.
