Motorized surfboards to hit the City of Prague

The latest technology of Jetsurf and the beauty of Prague’s city center will come together during the weekend of August 7th and 8th, 2016. The MotoSurf WorldCup race track will be constructed right under the world-famous Charles Bridge. The WorldCup is a race series of surfboards equipped with internal combustion engines. These amazing crafts, which are manufactured by the Czech company MSR Engines, are already pretty well known around the globe.

The third round of The Championship is going to hit Prague’s Střelecký Ostrov for the very first time. All the top MotoSurf racers, including several athletes from various other sports fields, will line up on the starting grid such as current series leader and the MotoGP World Championship rider in the Moto3 class Jakub Kornfeil, the Czech RedBull AirRace pilot Martin Šonka or former race car driver Jan Charouz. Over 40 riders from more than eight countries will be ready to find their place in a great final.

A special guest of the weekend will be the youngest world champion in the history of kitesurfing. The weekend Gisela Pulido Schedule will also feature a race for children, a ladies competition and an entertaining battle of journalists and celebrities.
